Hey Vulcan Rider...

We, the VRA CH36 has started to organize the Vulcan Village 2019 meeting for all other Vulcan Riders.

The place will be as the same as was in the last year. Those who visited our meeting in the last year I hope enjoyed the environment, those who will come to this place at the first time, will enjoy the great place.

INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for joining us at our VRA Village party. We try to make everybody happy and make you feel good. In order to that please receive this short Information sheet, where you can find some general information about it.

The price which was paid by you contains the following for sure:

The price of the selected accommodation
Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday
Dinner: Friday and Saturday Evening
Light lunch during the Saturday ride
Free Coffee and Tea during the whole event
And programs for everyone

When you will arrive, you will receive the following package:

A small event patch
Darius for the first beer - (Darius is our own supporting ticket system during the event)
A wristband - (You have to wear it during the event)
And a T-Shirt (If you asked for it before)

At the registration, you can do the below-listed things:

Receive the previously booked accommodation key
Buy Supporting VRAch36 Tickets (Darius), which can be used for Drinks at Bea BAR
And a „Biker Hug”

FRIDAY

2 PM (14:00) till 4 PM (16:00) : Padre’s Games
6 PM (18:00): Dinner
8 PM (20:00): Old School Live Music

SATURDAY

8 AM (8:00) till 10 AM (10:00): Breakfast
10 AM (10:00) till 3 PM (15:00): Rideout

(A 60 km bike ride int he surrounding area)

Visiting Nagyvázsony’s Castle and Vigándpetend where you can try Langalló and Gulash (It worth to try here!)

6 PM (18:00): Tableau (A Picture is being made from the Big VRA Family)
6.30 PM (18:30): Dinner
7 PM (19:00): Hoppa Party, Raffle, Award giving
8 PM (20:00): Old School Live Music

SUNDAY

8 AM (8:00) till 10 AM (10:00): Breakfast
11 AM (11:00): End of the Event, It’s time to go home!

Some programs are weather and actual mood-related, so be prepared and check the fresh program at the Bea BAR.

ABOUT THE "Bea BAR"

Please note that you cannot pay by cash in Bea BAR throughout the whole „VRA Village 2019 Hungary”. Our guests can use the VRAch36 supporting ticket (Darius) to get drinks there.

You can buy them at cashiers place in the below listed time:

Friday: 12 PM (12:00) – 11 PM (23:00)
Saturday: 8 AM (8:00) – 10 AM (10:00) and 3 PM (15:00) – 11 PM (23:00)
Sunday: 8 AM (8:00) – 10 AM (10:00)

3 Darius Equals to 300 HUF or you can pay with EUR as well and then the exchange will be the following 1 EUR = 300 HUF. In order to that we cannot accept any other foreign currency or credit card. Your remaining Darius’s can be redeemed at the same time when the cashiers desk open.

Bea BAR throughout the party you can exchange your Darius into booze and soft drinks. The prices are Biker Friendly so for example:

Borsodi Beer 0.5 l, (3 Darius) (1 EUR = 300 HUF)
Jagermeister 0.5 cl, (3 Darius) (1 EUR = 300 HUF)
Cola 0.5 l, (3 Darius) (1 EUR = 300 HUF)

Opening hours:

Friday: 12 PM (12:00) – midnight (00:00)
Saturday: 8 AM (8:00) – 10 AM (10:00) and 3 PM (15:00) – 01 AM PM (01:00)
Sunday: 8 AM (8:00) – 10 AM (10:00)

It is possible to buy „VRA Hungary” souvenirs while stock last on Saturday from 5 PM (17:00) to 6 PM (18:00) next to the cashiers.

MAKING PHOTO POLICY

This year we won’t have a Photographer nor a Cameraman due to the fact that everybody has a mobile phone which has a great camera on it. But we would like to ask you to send these pictures to us via the following options.

Upload to the following Google Photos application

Send them in an email to this address: vra36village2019@google.com

We will make a „Best of …” selection from them and you can watch them later.

We would like to ask you to be discreet and moderate with social media. Do not upload pictures (to Facebook, Instagram, etc.) that you don’t want to see either from your view or the others, it might be fun for you but it could be a bad setting, situation or something that might be harmful to somebody else.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

Do not forget that Hungary has Zero Tolerance so do not drink and drive.
